Service Description
Languages open doors for the future. This private session is tailored to our youngest learners. Depending on your child's needs, the tutor will combine speaking, reading, writing and listening exercises. Each lesson is fun, immersive and makes use of your child's natural ability for intuitive learning. Recommended for ages 10 to 17.
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that we cannot refund bookings once the purchase has been confirmed. - You can reschedule your booking in the "My Bookings" page of your account. This option is available up to one hour before the confirmed lesson time. - Should you not be able to reschedule yourself, contact your tutor, so they can reschedule for you. This ensures that your booking will not be forfeited. - Once your lesson has started, your tutor will wait up to 20 min. before marking you as "no-show". Generally, lessons cannot be rescheduled after this grace period has elapsed. In any situation, let us know asap, so we can work with you and ensure that your booking is not forfeited. - Should your tutor be more than 10 min. late, you will always have the option to reschedule or re-book with a different tutor, if available. - Should we have reasons that lead us to cancel your booking, any unconsumed bookings will be refunded.
