Service Description
This module focuses on CUSTOMER SERVICE topics, for learners preparing for the Japanese SSW Skill Test for food service workers. Module 3 covers 10 sessions of 2 hours each, in which you will learn about the following: a) Knowledge of Customer Services (せっきゃく に かんする ちしき) b) Knowledge of Foods ( しょく に かんする ちしき に かんする ちしき) c) Knowledge of Restaurant Management (てんぽ かんり に かんする ちしき) d) Knowledge of Handling Complaints (クレーム たいおう に かんする ちしき) e) Knowledge of Emergency Responses (きんきゅうじ の たいおう に かんする ちしき)
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that we cannot refund bookings once the purchase has been confirmed. - You can reschedule your booking in the "My Bookings" page of your account. This option is available up to one hour before the confirmed lesson time. - Should you not be able to reschedule yourself, contact your tutor, so they can reschedule for you. This ensures that your booking will not be forfeited. - Once your lesson has started, your tutor will wait up to 20 min. before marking you as "no-show". Generally, lessons cannot be rescheduled after this grace period has elapsed. In any situation, let us know asap, so we can work with you and ensure that your booking is not forfeited. - Should your tutor be more than 10 min. late, you will always have the option to reschedule or re-book with a different tutor, if available. - Should we have reasons that lead us to cancel your booking, any unconsumed bookings will be refunded.
