Service Description
Practice your Spanish skills and gain more confidence! Your tutor will work with you and create lessons that fit your your study goals. Feel free to contact your tutor and ask about their approach for your specific level. For beginners your tutor will usually focus on the alphabet, pronunciation, as well as vocabulary words. If you have some basic knowledge already, your tutor can teach you foundational grammar rules, as well as useful phrases. In conversational lessons, you can practice typical daily conversations without fear of embarrassment. Your tutor will encourage you by prompting you with question. They will also help you with basic sentence construction and common phrases.
Cancellation Policy
- Please note that we cannot refund bookings once the purchase has been confirmed. - You can reschedule your booking in the "My Bookings" page of your account. This option is available up to one hour before the confirmed lesson time. - Should you not be able to reschedule yourself, contact your tutor, so they can reschedule for you. This ensures that your booking will not be forfeited. - Once your lesson has started, your tutor will wait up to 20 min. before marking you as "no-show". Generally, lessons cannot be rescheduled after this grace period has elapsed. In any situation, let us know asap, so we can work with you and ensure that your booking is not forfeited. - Should your tutor be more than 10 min. late, you will always have the option to reschedule or re-book with a different tutor, if available. - Should we have reasons that lead us to cancel your booking, any unconsumed bookings will be refunded.
